1. Cancellation Policy
- Students may request cancellation within 48 hours of payment and before the course begins.
- All cancellation requests must be made in writing via email to [insert official support email], including full name, course enrolled, and payment reference.
- No cancellation will be entertained once:
 • The course has commenced.
 • The student has attended any class (regardless of duration).


2. Refund Policy
- Full refund will be provided if:
 • Cancellation is requested within 48 hours of registration.
 • The course has not started.
- No refund will be processed if:
 • The course has already started.
 • The student has attended any class.
 • Withdrawal is due to personal or health reasons.
 • The student is disqualified due to indiscipline or rule violations.
- Refunds may be considered in exceptional cases:
 • Course is cancelled by Pinnacle Education and Welfare Trust.
 • Duplicate payment made by the student (subject to verification).


3. Refund Processing Timeline
- Refunds, if approved, will be processed via the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Students will be notified via email once the refund is initiated.
