Pinnacle Education and Welfare Trust

1. Enrollment and Eligibility
- Enrollment is confirmed only after full payment of the admission fee through approved payment methods.
- The Trust reserves the right to deny admission if any information provided by the student is found to be false or incomplete.
- Students must meet any eligibility criteria specified for the course.


2. Course Access and Attendance
- Course details including schedule, duration, and venue will be communicated upon successful registration.
- Regular attendance is mandatory.
- Entry may be restricted if a student is late beyond a reasonable grace period.


3. Code of Conduct
- Students are expected to maintain discipline, decorum, and respectful behavior towards faculty, staff, and peers.
- Any form of misconduct, harassment, damage to property, or disruption of classes may lead to suspension or expulsion without refund.
- Use of mobile phones or electronic devices during classes is not permitted unless authorized by the instructor.


4. Course Materials and Intellectual Property
- All course materials, handouts, and lecture content are the intellectual property of Pinnacle Education and Welfare Trust.
- Materials provided are for personal learning use only and may not be copied, shared, or distributed without prior written consent.


5. Fees and Payment
- Monthly Tuition Fees must be paid in full in advance for the month within 5th of every month.
- Payment once made is governed by our Cancellation and Refund Policy.
- Any late fee, if applicable, must be cleared before continuing the course.


6. Cancellation and Refund
- Students are advised to refer to the Cancellation and Refund Policy for terms applicable to cancellations, refunds, and exceptional cases.


7. Changes and Cancellations by the Trust
- The Trust reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any course due to insufficient enrollment, instructor unavailability, or other operational reasons.
- In such cases, students will be notified promptly and provided a refund for any advance payment on pro-rata basis for the period for which services could not be provided.


8. Limitation of Liability
- Pinnacle Education and Welfare Trust shall not be liable for any loss, injury, or damages arising from participation in the course.
- The Trust is not responsible for any technical, travel, or personal issues faced by the student.


9. Privacy and Data Protection
- We collect and store only essential personal information for registration, communication, and certification purposes.
- Your information will not be shared with third parties without your consent. For details, refer to our Privacy Policy.


10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
